I can’t find the part(s) I am looking for on your website. What can I do?

Our offering of Hydraulic and Pneumatic products is so large that we are still working on adding every item to our searchable webstore. HOWEVER, that doesn’t mean we can’t get you the products you’re looking for NOW! If you know the manufacturer’s item/part number simply type into the search bar on our homepage or directly into a quick order. If you don’t know the part number of the item you need and can’t locate it using our search categories, just give us a call at 1-866 DEPATIE (337-2843) and our knowledgeable sales team will help you get what you need.

What forms of payment do you except?

Our webstore accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer credit to qualified business customers. If you are an existing customer with a credit line, just chose INVOICE as your payment method at checkout(subject to available credit balance).

How do I apply for a line of credit with Depatie?

We offer two types of credit applications to our qualified business customers, both available for submission on our website. Our Quick Credit application for a line up to $500 can be submitted online with approval within 2 business days. Requests for credit above $500, subject to review of credit references, can also be submitted online but requires additional information and time for processing.

What shipping options do you offer?

We utilize both FedEx and UPS shipping services to ensure the timely delivery of your order. In-stock item orders typically process and ship within two business days when standard shipping is selected at checkout. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders including items on not on hand in our warehouse will be provided an expected shipping date by a follow-up email or phone call. Note that Depatie’s delivery terms are FCA (Free Carrier), and orders exceeding $5,000 cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Can I use my own carrier account to pay for the shipping of my order?

Absolutely. When you checkout you will be presented with the option to enter your shipping account info. We accommodate collect shipping with UPS and FedEx.

I reside near one of your Parker Store locations, can I pick up my order there?

Customers local to our either our Portage MI, or Holland, MI Parker Store locations are welcome to pick up their order. For additional information on our stores visit the "Our Parker Stores" link at the bottom of this page.
