Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Depatie Fluid Power. Customers are encouraged to contact us if not satisfied with a product for any reason. We will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and free from use. Defective product under manufacturer warranty may also be submitted for return/refund. Please see Customer Terms of Sale for further detail on eligibility of warrantied product returns. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
At the discretion of Depatie Fluid Power Co., refunds issued on non-standard or special order items may be subject to restocking fees. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to determine applicability of such fees prior to returning non-standard or special order items.
Customer bears responsibility for costs incurred to return product. In the following instances, costs incurred for return shipping will be credited as part of the customer refund:
1) Product received does not match the sales order
2) Product returned is approved as a manufacturer warranty claim
To initiate a return customers may create a return authorization number directly by logging in and accessing the MY ACCOUNT section of our website. Simply select the order from your PURCHASE HISTORY and select REQUEST A RETURN from the options listed. To request a return authorization or discuss a return by phone please call 1-866 DEPATIE (337-2843).
Please note that creation of a return authorization number does not guarantee issuance of credit or exchange for your purchase. All credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned products. Return shipments must include the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package for prompt processing.
