Since 1956,Depatie Fluid Power has been a trusted leader in fluid power, motion control, and automation solutions. Headquartered in Portage, Michigan, our company is built on over six decades of technical expertise and unmatched customer service.

Our main facility houses one of Michigan’s largest fluid power distribution hubs, along with a cutting-edge Engineering Technology Center specializing in custom system design, prototyping, and value-added assemblies.

In Holland, MI, our branch location extends localized support to customers across northern Michigan, while Hose & Automation in Fort Wayne, IN, a wholly owned subsidiary, brings the full range of Depatie's products and services to our Indiana-based customers.

Depatie is founded by Frank Depatie, a former Parker employee, as a Parker seals distributor, serving customers across the Midwest with a commitment to quality and service.
1956
Depatie opens a second location in Holland, MI, pioneering the hose and fitting center in collaboration with Parker that would later become globally recognized as the Parker Store concept.
1992
Founder Frank Depatie retires, and the company transitions into an employee-led organization. Soon after, Hose & Automation of Fort Wayne, IN was opened as a Parker Store, serving customers throughout Indiana.
2002
Now operating 9 branches across the Midwest, Depatie continues to serve thousands of customers, not only regionally, but throughout the US and abroad.
