Can we get a product shipped UPS RED for next day delivery from the factory?

As long as the factory has it in stock and it is within their shipping time frame, they will usually ship UPS RED directly to our customer’s address as needed (most suppliers policy).

You’re a Parker Distributor, what products can I purchase from you?

We are a Full Line Parker Distributor (ParkerStore) that can supply you everything between the compressor and the pneumatic actuator and between the power unit and the hydraulic cylinder. See Products Available on Website.

If we do not have an open account with Depatie, what can we use to purchase parts?

If parts are needed quickly, we accept cash and all major credit cards. If time permits, we offer a $500 instant credit (typically on the spot) with a customer signature, and an open account with all documented paperwork submitted and approved by our Accounting Department (typically one week).

Does Depatie have a minimum charge per order/transaction?

NO…Depatie does not enforce a minimum order policy.

When does our daily UPS pick-up and drop off?

UPS typically arrives with packages between 9:30am – 10:30am, and picks up customer packages between 4:00pm – 4:30pm.

Do we charge extra for a salesperson to stop in or to deliver parts?

Typically NO CHAGRE for a salesperson to stop by to assist with an application or project. We will also deliver parts, via a salesperson’s car, on a case-by-case basis.

Does Depatie offer any type of Vendor Managed Inventory Program?

YES….See Value Add Services section. Depatie offers VMI to all of our customers, whether it is for hose and fittings, or a full blown factory crib location.

Does Depatie make hose assemblies for customer breakdown’s?

YES, we offer a complete line of Parker Hydraulic Hose and Fittings. Whether it is low pressure or high pressure, we offer inch size or metric hose ends for “Hoses made while you wait”. Stop by one of our ParkerStore’s for further assistance.
